Living and breathing product innovation across industries for years, always with the premise of creating honest win-wins for users and the business alike. I’m a design thinker, a doer, and a life-long learner. Having driven user-centric innovation through design from startups to corporates.

Experienced in building products, design systems, design teams, and advancing design thinking across an organization. Strong track record of building up design teams and establishing UX processes, which guide the juniors without limiting creativity for the seniors.

Realized over time that most product/design problems are rooted in organizational problems. Therefore, beyond mentoring my teams in design skills, trying to coach them to apply design thinking methodologies in stakeholder management, and thinking big picture beyond their design tasks. Got excited by the vast field of design and the web around 20 years ago. Considering myself blessed to have had the opportunity to work in roles from engineering over product to design, from running my own small agency overworking for startups to corporate.

I was fortunate to be able to collect experiences across industries from consulting to e-commerce to finance & commodities to agritech to SaaS. I’m not a domain-knowledge expert in any vertical, yet I feel this broad exposure helped me develop a sense for spotting patterns in the noise, identifying what matters (in product design & innovation) from what probably won’t move the needle.

Beyond work, I’m an avid traveler (one more continent to go) and passionate paraglider. Interestingly both keep teaching me lessons about culture, patience, strategy & more which are perfectly applicable to professional life. Looking forward to having interesting and insightful conversations about UX design, product innovation, management and personal growth.
