I started on the agency side at RockBoost as their 1st employee, growing the team to 25 employees before moving to the brand side to start a new challenge as head of growth by Heights.
I am specialized in data-driven marketing: I run experiments based on the data I see to understand what works and what doesn’t in growing a company. Data not just in the form of numbers (though I love those) but also in what the customer needs. I help companies understand where they are wasting marketing budget and hours as well as how to provide a better experience for the end-user.
I have not only the experience teaching others but also hands-on experience in various marketing channels for almost all my clients and at Heights , from setting up marketing automation through various channels to growing paid traffic.
I’m also co-author of Growing Happy Clients – Available worldwide on Amazon, Paperback and Kindle. Which is focused on growth consultants but many of the lessons will apply to being an inhouse growth hacker too.
