EventMobi is an event management platform for in-person, virtual and hybrid events. It combines registration, badge printing and check-in with an event app and a virtual event platform, and it publishes starting prices for both single events and yearly plans.

Event app and engagement
The event app gives attendees the agenda, profiles, private chat and group discussions. In-person and remote attendees share the same engagement tools: Q&A, live polls, live session chat, surveys and gamification challenges with a shared leaderboard.
Registration, badges and check-in
Registration has no fees on free or paid tickets. For the venue, EventMobi offers pre-printed badges shipped to the venue and onsite label printing with portable, wireless hardware that checks attendees in to the event and to each session. You can buy or rent the hardware.
Virtual and hybrid events
For hybrid events, you can stream in-person sessions to remote attendees, gate sessions for one audience only, and offer recordings on demand afterwards. The virtual platform also has simulive sessions, interactive breakout rooms and video meetings. Streaming and video storage are sold as usage-based add-on packs. EventMobi also offers remote and onsite event support, including live polls and streaming support for hybrid events.
Integrations
An API and Zapier integration are included at no extra cost. Standard integrations with CRM systems, registration platforms, marketing tools and association management software start at $1,000 each.
