InEvent is an event management platform for virtual, in-person and hybrid events and webinars. It sells a separate plan for each format, and its hybrid plan, V&H Full, combines the virtual tools with the onsite ones.
Who is InEvent for?
InEvent suits event teams that run conferences and corporate events with both audiences and want onsite check-in, a mobile app and streaming from one vendor. Enterprise accounts start at 300 registrations per year, so it also fits smaller programs that still need enterprise terms.
It is less suited to a team that wants to see a price before talking to anyone: prices are sent by quote.
What are InEvent's main features?
Live Studio and Virtual Lobby
The Live Studio streams sessions to remote attendees, and the Virtual Lobby brings sessions, networking, sponsors, booths and meetings into one branded space, with multiple simultaneous breakout rooms. InEvent also supports RTMP streaming and WebRTC video conferencing.
Onsite tools
For the venue, InEvent offers badge printing, self-service check-in and session control with QR codes or wearable bands, a facial recognition check-in app and real-time reports.
Mobile app and engagement
A branded mobile app, polls and moderated live questions serve both audiences. InEvent also offers automatic AI translation and a business meetings module for trade shows.
Integrations
InEvent integrates with Salesforce for leads, contacts and campaigns, and syncs calendars with Outlook, Google and Apple.
How much does InEvent cost?
