Social Blade is a free statistics site that tracks the public growth of YouTube channels and other social profiles. Marketing teams use it to benchmark competitors and vet creators, because it shows daily subscriber and view changes for channels you don't own. Paid tiers start at $5.99 a month, and a Business API costs extra.
Who is Social Blade for?
Social Blade suits marketers who want a quick outside view of a channel. You can check how fast a competitor's channel grows, compare it with your own, or check a creator's growth before a sponsorship. It only offers public statistics. Watch time, click-through rate and traffic sources stay private, so for your own channel the analytics in YouTube Studio remain the main source.
What does Social Blade show?
Channel stats and history
Each public YouTube channel gets a page with daily changes in subscribers, views and uploads, plus rankings. Social Blade also tracks TikTok, Twitch, Facebook and Instagram, and says it covers more than 174 million creators across these 5 platforms. It reads public numbers from each platform's API. It aims to update every profile at least once a day, but rarely viewed profiles may update less often, so several days can show up together.
History starts on the day Social Blade first tracked a profile, so a new or rarely viewed channel may have gaps. For YouTube, history is limited to the last three years.
Compare, top lists and reports
The compare tool puts creators on the same platform side by side. Top lists rank channels by subscribers, views and Social Blade's own SB Rank, which helps you find the leaders in a niche. Custom reports go further: you filter creators by many criteria and export the list, which brands often use to find creators. Report purchases are final.
Projections and estimated earnings
Future projections chart where a channel's subscribers and views could be in five years, based on past growth and using Holt's linear trend method. Treat them as a trend line, not a forecast.
Estimated earnings are a guess, not real revenue. Social Blade multiplies daily views by a low and high rate of $0.25 and $4.00 per 1,000 views, which it calls worldwide averages, and assumes every view is monetised. It notes that a channel may have no monetised views at all, or views from lower-earning Shorts.
Premium and the Business API
Premium tiers, called Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum, add an ad-free site, more favourites, longer top lists, longer daily history and YouTube Report Cards in PDF. Silver and higher add daily and weekly charts and monthly API credits. The Business API sells prepaid credits for pulling public statistics into your own tools.
How much does Social Blade cost?
Prices checked on 1 November 2026, shown in US dollars:
| Tier | Monthly | Yearly |

| Bronze | $5.99 | $59.99 |
| Silver | $14.99 | $149.99 |

Browsing stats and top lists is free. Business API credits cost $0.50 each in small packs, falling with volume, and credit purchases are non-refundable. Social Blade offers no free trial, but its refund policy says you can usually get a prorated refund if you contact support within 24 hours of paying.
What do users say about Social Blade?
Public reviews are few. Social Blade is rated 4.2 out of 5 on G2 from 15 reviews and 4.5 on Capterra from 10 reviews. Capterra reviewers praise how quickly it shows the growth of competing channels, its ease of use, daily tracking and the number of platforms it covers.
Common complaints on Capterra are that search needs exact names, some useful features sit behind the paywall, the site feels crowded with ads, and numbers sometimes lag behind what the platforms show. Some reviewers also want better export and reporting options.
