Agorapulse is a social media management platform. Teams use it to schedule posts to ten networks, answer comments and messages from one inbox, and report on results, including the website traffic and revenue that social brings in. Plans start at $79 per user per month billed annually, and there is a 30-day free trial.
Who is Agorapulse for?
Agorapulse suits in-house marketing teams and agencies that run several brands or client accounts. Standard, Professional and Advanced each include 10 social profiles, and pricing is per user, so the cost grows with the size of the team. From the Professional plan, posts can go through approvals and inbox items can be assigned to teammates.
What are Agorapulse's main features?
Publishing
From one calendar you can schedule posts, Reels, Stories, Pins and TikTok videos to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky and Google Business Profile. An AI assistant helps rewrite captions. The Advanced plan adds publishing queues, best-time recommendations and bulk scheduling of up to 200 posts from a CSV file.
Social inbox
Comments, private messages, mentions and reviews from every profile land in one feed, including comments on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok ads. Moderation rules can hide, label or assign items by keyword. Professional adds assignments and collision detection, so two people don't answer the same comment. Advanced adds saved replies.
Listening
Listening is an add-on, not part of the base plans. It tracks conversations about your brand, competitors and industry on social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn and Reddit, plus news sites, blogs and forums, with sentiment, share of voice and alerts. It is priced on volume and history and bought through sales.
In 2025 Agorapulse bought Mention, a social listening tool launched in 2012. Mention is no longer sold on its own since 1 July 2026, and its help center now points customers to Agorapulse's listening add-on.
Reporting and ROI
Every plan has profile, post and community reports, white-label exports and a basic ROI report. The ROI report connects Google Analytics to show the traffic, leads and revenue that came from your social posts and profiles, which is the hardest part of measuring social media success. Advanced adds cross-network group reports, scheduled report emails, PowerPoint export, ads reporting and an advanced ROI report. Data history is 6, 12 or 24 months depending on the plan.
