Sendible is a social media management platform built for agencies and brands with many locations. Teams use it to schedule posts, reply to comments, get client approval and send branded reports. Every plan includes unlimited users, and prices start at $35 per month, or $30 per month billed yearly, with a 14-day free trial.
What is Sendible?
Sendible started in London in 2009 and joined ASG, a software group backed by Alpine Investors, in 2021. It organises work in workspaces: each client, brand or location gets its own content calendar, 6 social profiles, inbox, reports and publishing queues. Plans are priced by the number of workspaces, not by seats.
Who is Sendible for?
Sendible suits marketing agencies that manage social media for several clients, and franchises or multi-location businesses that post for many branches. Because users are unlimited, you can add freelancers, stakeholders and clients without paying per seat. Agencies that want to resell the software under their own brand can add white label on the higher plans.
Key features
Scheduling and publishing
Sendible publishes to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, YouTube, Threads, Bluesky and WordPress. You plan posts in a drag-and-drop calendar, upload them in bulk from a CSV file, run smart queues and set evergreen posts to repeat. An RSS auto-poster, a Canva integration and an AI assistant for captions help fill the calendar.
Approvals and client access
From the Plus plan, posts can be assigned to a teammate or client for approval before they go live. Client dashboards show clients only their own content, and Client Connect lets them link their social profiles without sharing passwords.
Inbox and engagement
The Priority Inbox gathers engagement alerts, such as new comments, that likely need a reply. You can monitor and answer comments on Facebook Pages and ads and LinkedIn Company Pages from the dashboard, and monitor comments on Instagram.
Reports
Every plan includes pre-built reports for most networks and a combined engagement report, and Sendible's quick reports include a Google Analytics report. From Premium you can build custom reports with your own logo and colours. Reports can be emailed to clients on a schedule, shared as a live link or saved as PDF. What do users say about Sendible?
Sendible is rated 4.5 out of 5 on G2 from about 905 reviews at the time of checking. Reviewers most often praise its ease of use, simple scheduling and the time it saves when managing many profiles or clients from one place. The most common complaints are social accounts that disconnect and cause failed posts, especially on LinkedIn, limits on some Instagram formats, reports that could be more flexible, and a price some freelancers find high.
On Capterra it is rated 4.6 out of 5 from 137 reviews. Reviewers there praise reliability, approval workflows and value compared with larger suites, and criticise limited reporting and uneven support response times.
