ClickFunnels is built for creators and online businesses that want to market, sell and deliver their products without a tech team. It suits sellers of courses, digital products and physical products who would otherwise pay for a page builder, a checkout tool, an email tool and a course platform separately.
It is a heavier choice if you only need landing pages for ad campaigns and already have a CRM, email platform and checkout. ClickFunnels is made by Etison, and some older accounts still run on ClickFunnels Classic.

Funnels and pages
A drag-and-drop editor and templates help you build multi-step funnels, such as an opt-in page, a sales page, an order form, an upsell and a thank-you page. Funnels, landing pages, site pages and visitors are unlimited on every plan, although the pricing page marks unlimited funnels as a limited-time offer. ClickFunnels also offers countdown funnels and survey workflows.
A/B testing
ClickFunnels says A/B testing is included with your account. You can test landing pages, funnel steps, upsell and checkout pages, and email subject lines and messages.
Checkout and payments
Smart Checkout builds checkout pages, and the store adds products, add-to-cart and discount codes. Payments AI, included in every plan, connects Stripe, PayPal and NMI, can route each sale through the best gateway and retries failed payments. ClickFunnels says it takes no percentage of your sales.
Email, CRM, courses and affiliates
ClickFunnels also has email marketing, a CRM for contacts and deals, a Message Hub inbox, and course and community areas. Contacts, monthly emails, courses and communities are capped per plan, from three courses on Launch to 20 on Dominate, and booking calendars start on Scale. The Affiliate Center, which lets you run your own affiliate program with tiered commissions, is part of Optimize and Dominate.
Domains, hosting and integrations
Hosting is included. Launch allows five custom domains and higher plans unlimited; without one you get a free myclickfunnels.com subdomain. Webhooks, full API access and a custom code editor start on the Scale plan.
